Personalized Fitness Plan
Start with a fitness survey to identify your goals, your current fitness level, and let Courtney know any physical limitations you have. Each month you receive four workouts per week tailored to your uniques situation and goals, weekly check-in calls with Courtney, and personalized feedback. Adjustments to the program are provided as needed.
Fitness Subscription
This is a general fitness plan subscription. You receive four workouts per week with an emphasis on functional fitness, to help you feel your best inside and out. You also get two email check-ins per month to ask questions about programing and get feedback on your progress. No fitness assessment is conducted and programming is not personalized to you.
